Upstairs you will find an open plan living area that flows out to a decked outdoor barbeque area. The master bedroom is located upstairs with a two-way bathroom that can be closed off privately or used as a communal bathroom closest to the main living area.
The downstairs area includes a second living area, perfect for the kids to enjoy the space of their own or enjoy a movie all to themselves away from the main area. The second living area is accompanied by a further two bedrooms and an additional bathroom with a separate laundry. The property also features panel heating and reverse cycle air conditioning.
