Set towards the back of a small complex, this four bedroom, two bathroom townhouse is perfectly placed to enjoy everything Inverloch has to offer.
Park your car in the secure double garage and enter the ground floor of this modern townhouse. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has a tri-bunk, a bathroom and the laundry with access to a private rear courtyard. . Both bedrooms come with built in robes and heaters. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Upstairs is an open-plan area that provides the perfect place for everyone to gather at the end of the day. The kitchen has an electric oven and cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave and a Breville coffee machine. The dining area has seating for eight, plus seating for four at a breakfast bar. The lounge area has couches and a flat screen television.
A further two bedrooms and bathroom can also be found on the upper floor, one with a queen and the other with a tri-bunk. Both come with built in robes and access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The queen bedroom also comes with semi-ensuite access to the upstairs bathroom that features a shower, bath and toilet. A second balcony can be accessed off of the lounge and comes with two outdoor lounges.
