Every necessity you need is contained within this immaculate townhouse. Upstairs the kitchen, dining, and living are open plan featuring beautiful furnishings and two balconies front and rear, both with outdoor settings, the main entertaining balcony features water views and a gas barbeque. There is also a separate office space for those on a working holiday. Upstairs also has the large master bedroom with two way ensuite and walk in robe. Downstairs consists of a further two bedrooms and a bathroom, full laundry and access to a private courtyard. This townhouse offers a double lock up garage and a split system for year round comfort.
