This beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home is positioned on the well know street of Surf Parade, only a one minute walk to the surf beach and a short five-10 minute walk to boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.
Entering the property, you’ll note a coastal aura, hardwood floorboards and comfortable stylish furniture, combined with some special homely touches to make this a very attractive home away from home.

The spacious living room is separate from the dining and kitchen area, containing comfortable sofas, a television and a gas heater. The kitchen includes all essential appliances and utilities to make your stay comfortable.

From the dining room, you can step outside into the undercover entertainment area where you will find a deck that wraps around the front of the house with a barbeque and outdoor furniture. Furthermore, the garden hugs the house with native plants, trees and manicured lawns; the perfect space to escape and enjoy the afternoon sunshine after a big day at the beach!

Two of the bedrooms contain queen beds and have a combined ensuite with a shower, toilet and basin. Down the hallway, is another bedroom with a bunk and tri-bunk, and the main bathroom with a shower, bath and separate toilet. This property comfortably accommodates nine people.
