The property features 10 bedrooms and nine bathrooms and can accommodate up to 30 guests in a variety of king suites, family and single rooms. Most bedrooms feature large spa ensuites.

Its proximity to popular wedding venues makes Eden Yarra Valley highly sought after for wedding guest accommodation. It offers a beautiful bridal suite, private areas for the bride and groom and attendants to prepare, and is an ideal property for hosting post-wedding brunches, barbeques or formal dinners.

The property is well equipped for either caterers or self catering options, with a large barbeque, and kitchen and butler’s pantry fully supplied with all guest requirements.

Groups will enjoy private use of the house, garden lodge, two chalets, games room with pool table and other games, indoor/outdoor bar, inground heated pool and gardens.

The property also hosts corporate conferences and health retreats, with attendees able to work, dine, relax and sleep in the same venue. Suitable for up to 27 for weekday and weekend conferences.

The property consists of four seperate buildings on a two acre garden estate. There is a large main house, garden lodge and rumpus room, and two stand alone chalets.

These are per night prices based on private use of the entire property. Minimum 2 night stay. Price includes all linens.
The property sleeps 27 guests, included in the nightly tariff.
Additional guests can be accommodated on request at additional cost.
