Barkly Suites / Apartments is set in a quiet corner of Rutherglen. With a one bedroom and two bedroom suite, allowing singles, couples and a group can be comfortably accommodated.

Suites have spacious lounge areas with a kitchenette which includes a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The lounge also features ten foot ceilings with a 42-inch flat screen television and leather furniture. French doors open onto the guest veranda overlooking the historic Rutherglen Old Gold Battery.

Both continental and cooked breakfasts are included in the tariff and served in their purpose-built breakfast room or if you prefer on the veranda.

The property features large developing gardens with ample off street parking and plenty of space to just unwind in the peaceful surroundings of rural Victoria.

If you want to have a night in, you can enjoy a barbecue on the verandah surrounded by the lovely gardens. There are wonderful walks you can take or if you prefer to go for a bike ride, Barkly Suites are just five minutes from the rail trail from Rutherglen to Wahgunyah.
