The 3 bedroom fully self-contained home has been transformed over the past two years and is now new and stylish with reverse cycle air conditioning in the living areas.

The modern kitchen is equipped with new quality appliances, including a coffee pod machine, with plenty of bench space and lighting for meal preparation. The luxury bathroom has a free-standing bath and separate shower. There are two toilets – one inside and one outside.

With uninterrupted water views from the living room and the two queen bedrooms looking out over the Nooramunga Marine and Coastal Park to Wilson’s Prom, this beautiful property is set on half an acre of lawn and native gardens.

The Retreat is situated within walking distance to all Port Albert amenities including the boat ramp and the walking trail. There is plenty of car and boat parking with a two-car carport for your convenience.
