This spacious upstairs room features a polished timber floor and ceiling, dressing table, two cane armchairs, authentic corner wardrobes and a television cabinet with a fridge.

Decorated in white and blue the room has two large windows facing the balcony. Access to the balcony is via the reader’s alcove next door.

The number 16 ground floor room features two armchairs, table, chairs and television cabinet. The ensuite adds a modern touch of today to the graceful charm of one of Point Lonsdale Guest House’s older rooms.

The number 18 ground floor room features a separate lounge area, two comfy armchairs, table and chairs, kitchenette Lounge and access to a balcony.

The Lady Bollinger upstairs room has a queen bed, and lots of old world charm. With ensuite, television with DVD player. This room has views of the lighthouse and access to a balcony.

The number 19 ground floor room features a dressing table and two bridge chairs, television cabinet and a spacious ensuite. located near the Guest Lounge and Dining Room it also has access to a deck.

One of the most popular rooms in the guesthouse, the upstairs Lady Bollinger oozes old world charm and features polished timber floor and ceiling, antique rosewood furniture, a comfy two-seater couch, and a fridge with tea/coffee making facilities.

Windows over the balcony and another framing a view of the famous Point Lonsdale Lighthouse (which is also visible from the shower) usher in welcome sea breezes on balmy summer nights.

Access to the balcony is via the adjacent reader’s alcove.

Normally set to accommodate a family of four with a king bed and two long singles, the monstrous Captain’s Cabin is the Point Lonsdale Guest House flagship room. It boasts marine-panelled walls complete with authentic portholes from the former cruise liner the Himalaya.

Furnished with table and chairs, a three-piece cane lounge suite, coffee table, refrigerator, air-conditioning, kitchenette, the Captain’s Cabin even has its own stereo system and private balcony. Also provides iron and ironing board.

Relax, listen to music or share a bottle of wine as you enjoy the sun setting over the famous Point Lonsdale Lighthouse, all from your own private balcony.

Family suites comprise of two bedrooms separated by a walk-through ensuite with bathtubs in rooms four, six, eight and 10. Marine panelling adds an appropriate maritime ambience. Each room in the suite has a television and balcony access while the main room also has a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Suites four, five and six are on the ground floor and face the backyard (pool and tennis court). Suites eight, nine and 10 are upstairs with the same aspect while suite 11 is upstairs overlooking the rear courtyard and barbecue area. Each suite has a queen bed in the main room and two singles in the second bedroom.

Each of the three Point Lonsdale Guest House budget rooms, whilst basic in what they offer, are warm and comfortable with fundamental amenities and facilities.

The budget rooms include television, fridge, internet access, and all come with their own ensuite. Room 14 is on the ground floor, rooms 21 and 22 are upstairs with interconnecting internal doors.

If you are travelling to the Bellarine Peninsula, or even specifically to Point Lonsdale to see the lighthouse, you will love the combination of their warm and cosy budget rooms at great value accommodation prices.

Situated in the original building Circa 1884, all rooms have double beds and are smaller than the Queen Rooms.

Although the four Queen Motel Rooms are slightly smaller than the older style Guest House rooms they are thoughtfully appointed and tastefully decorated.

With beautiful timber-panel finished walls, the Motel Queen Rooms are designed to take your heart to sea. It is just like being in a dry dock, me hearties.

Each of the four Queen Rooms offers modern decor and features a sparkling white ensuite. They each room have a table and chairs, television, wireless internet access, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities and, of course, access to the balcony.

Rooms one, two and three are located on ground level, Room 12 is upstairs, and all rooms face the restful rear courtyard.
