Ripples ‘n’ Tonic Farmstay are fully self-contained cottages purpose-built for wheelchair access. Spacious, private, mobility aids, accessible full kitchen, washing machine, step-less shower base, private undercover communal barbecue and outdoor area.
Set on 15 acres near Ventnor beach, with farm animals such as horses, sheep, cattle, alpacas, goats, chickens. The farmstay also has an edible garden and an orchard.
Cottages are two and three-bedroom. There is also a two-bedroom unit with wood heater. The property is family and pet-friendly.
Facilities include four-person outdoor spa, full-size in-ground trampoline, large playground, communal kitchen gathering and barbecue area and large grassed space surrounding the cottages.
You can also enjoy the outdoor fire-pit and our wood-fired pizza oven. Enjoy the open fire under the night sky and stars.
Ripples n Tonic runs a farm tour each morning at 9:00am. Please join in and help us to hand feed the friendly farm animals. Tour takes approx 1.5 hours.

The property is a relaxing and peaceful environment where you can experience a genuine beach and nature experience at your own pace and leisure.
A 50 metre stroll from your back door, nestled among the Banksia trees, to the stunning Silverleaves beach. Only 100 metres around the corner from your front door is the Silverleaves licensed cafe and the golf club is five minutes walk away.
The beach house has an accessible main bathroom and a regular en suite to the main bedroom. One of the bedrooms has an adjustable hi-low bed and a mobile hoist – all you need to bring is your own sling. The bathroom has a shower chair, commode, and all necessary rails.
The property has a beach wheel chair for use. Accessible equipment on site includes a hoist – swift lift – KH 404 lifter (safe working load 150 kilograms), bed–Phoenix Hi-Lo Extra (200 kg), three layer foam pressure reducing mattress, aquatic wheelchair and shower commode – maxi mobile shower commode (120 kilograms).
