Set on 1.25 acres of flat River Valley with sunny north facing balconies on each level overlooking a private dam and the Delatite River. Stunning High country mountain views from the main living area and decks and there is also a view of the Summit of Mt Buller from the front door.

Superb kitchen facilities with a huge dining table that seats 12 and a breakfast bar seating another four people, this allows plenty of room for entertaining and a large outside deck and barbecue area is great in the warmer months.

An excellent lounge with a wood-fired heater and reverse cycle air conditioning keeps this house comfortable and inviting all year round. There is a large flat screen television and stereo in the lounge area, with a second larger flat screen television and stereo in the new living and entertaining area downstairs.

The new room downstairs has a comfy lounge with a wood heater and a kitchenette, plus a large north facing outdoor deck with a large outdoor table overlooking the valley.
