With five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, spacious living areas, large fully equipped kitchen and an oversized deck area, 12 people can be comfortably accommodated at Coastal Views. Plenty of space to fit a family or two or three!
On the upper level of the home is the heart of the home. A large open plan kitchen, living and dining area opens out onto a deck where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the sun and the view over Louttit Bay with family and friends. Downstairs, it’s a kid’s haven in the rumpus room, complete with a table tennis table.
Features include: Ducted heating and cooling throughout the entire home, a Nespresso pod coffee machine, smart televisions, washer and dryer, and a barbeque.
