Main bathroom with bath and separate shower. Kids playroom/second living space. Sunroom/reading room and multiple outdoor deck areas.

Facilities include: Air con/heater, wood fire, bush view, off-street parking x two, WiFi, Smart television (bring your own Netflix code), DVD x two, Foxtel.
* Please note, the main living area television is the only one connected to Foxtel and free to air. All other televisions have access to online streaming only.

Wood for the fireplace will be provided from April to September inclusive. Bring your own firewood for and stays outside these months.
