The property is conveniently located 18 kilometre from Benalla, 10 minutes to Winton Raceway (for the car enthusiasts) and approximately 30 minutes to the stunning King Valley and Milawa gourmet region where you can enjoy delicious local food, and sample the many wines of the region.
There are three bedrooms all with luxurious ‘I Love Linen’ bed linen, and individual Nobo wall heaters. The master and second bedroom have queen beds, and the third bedroom has king-single House of Orange bed bunks.
The spacious bathroom features a large shower, Victorian bath, and chandelier, together with Aesop amenities and Sheridan bath towels.
The living area provides comfortable seating and lounge for six adults with television, curated library, and wood burner fireplace to keep you cosy in winter, and Split Cycle Air conditioning for the warmer months.
The well-equipped kitchen houses an original wood stove (as well as an Electric oven and convection stove), antique wooden dining table and chairs. Outside you will find a second table and Webber (gas) barbecue. There is also additional outdoor occasional seating so you can enjoy the natural surrounds and country air.
