Forest Lodge Farm offers bunk style, lodge accommodation, with a total capacity of 108 persons. Primarily run as a school camp, it is also the perfect place to be enjoyed by families reconnecting, by friends getting together or by special interest groups. It is equipped with a commercial kitchen and walk-in coolroom. All stays are sole occupancy, with nobody else to worry about.
Mother nature provides many vistas, birdlife and wildlife for you to enjoy both on this property and in the adjoining State forest. If you want to relax, take it easy, recharge and reconnect, you can do just that. Alternatively, if you want to push yourself to try something new and daring there are adventure activities on site (fees apply).
If you want to explore the local area then visits to Yarram, Foster and Meeniyan townships are an easy drive. If it is the coast that you yearn for, then Port Albert and Port Welshpool are close. The southernmost point of the Australian mainland, Wilson’s Promontory makes a great day trip. If you would like to experience a rainforest, then head to Tarra-Bulga National Park, under one hour’s drive away.
Whether you use it as a destination or a base from which to explore, Forest Lodge Farm is a good place to be. Well worth a visit.
