Their vintage hamper can be packed with the finest flavours of the region, showcasing the talents of local artisans like Kitteltys or enticing Middle Eastern cuisine from Woodside Food Co. When booking your tour, simply request a quote for a picnic that will meet your desires. To elevate the occasion, they can arrange for local wine to accompany your feast.

Daylesford Spirit – A working distillery on a picturesque property. Discover how gin is made, pair award-winning gin with a range of divine Long Paddock Cheese, and indulge in a “Daylesford Gourmet” picnic lunch.

Captains Creek Winery – Picnic rug and cushions (or chairs) in a gorgeous setting, chilled wine or cider poured, paired with fresh berries and handmade exquisite “Lucky and James” chocolate. All you need to do is….relax.

They offer Lake Daylesford as an alternative dessert destination. A secret spot, with all the sane dessert goodies packed for your enjoyment.

A full day luxurious, personalised adventure. This expertly curated experience uncovers the essence of the remarkable Pyrenees region of Victoria.

Many regional gourmet inclusions. Saturdays and Sundays only. Ballarat to Beaufort, on to Glenpatrick Valley, Warrak (Mt Cole), Beaufort Lake, and back to Ballarat.

Bloomin Fresh (Beaufort) – a store full of organic, regional, locally grown and upcycled goodies! Your gourmet picnic, fresh baguette and cheese will be collected from here.

On to Mrs Baker’s Still House – tucked away in the quiet Glenpatrick valley of the Pyrenees Ranges. A female lead micro-distillery making award winning gins, liqueurs and whisky.

Gin tasting session and gourmet picnic lunch are included in the tour cost. You can order G&T’s as extras.

A 30 minutes meander to Mountainside Wines – technically in the Grampians region, but literally a few kilometres from the Pyrenees. Family owned and operated, producing boutique fine wines. Viognier, Shiraz and Nebbiolo. Your wine tasting session is included in the tour. $10 redeemable on purchases.

Final stop – Beaufort Lake. With the table set lakeside, they wrap up your day of relaxation and regional deliciousness with desserts by Kittelty’s and sparkling wine by Ballarat winery Michael Unwin Wines

By skipping a few of the extra frills, this tailor-made treat makes your special day out affordable.

While their website lists carefully selected suggestions, this tour offers loads of flexibility, including adding in your own destination ideas. You know what you like best!
