Tatong CFA Mural

The CFA mural is a tribute to the volunteer CFA firefighters who give so much to protect their towns and communities from fires.

Artist Mike Larkin has a personal connection to the mural, as that he lives in the township of Tatong and is also a member from Tatong Rural Fire Brigade.

The painting itself depicts a number of current Tatong brigade members. It took four months to complete due to pandemic restrictions, weather and availability of the artists.

The mural can be found across the road from the Tatong Tavern.
