Jamieson Paw Prints Walk

National Parks and Reserves

The Paw Prints Walk is Jamieson’s newest outdoor activity and a fun adventure for the whole family.

The Jamieson Paw Prints Walk will take your kids on a fun and educational treasure hunt through the beautiful twin river town.

Grab your map and questionnaire at the reception of the Jamieson Caravan Park, or Mansfield Visitor Information Centre. Follow the blue paw prints along the river and up into the bush and learn about local wildlife.

The walk is 2.8 kilometres long and takes between 45 minutes and two hours, depending on age, walking speed and snack breaks.

Don’t forget to pack a picnic and enjoy a rest on the Jamieson River or on a log looking over the Jamieson township.

The walk is most suitable for families with children aged five years and over. This is a free activity.

Tip: take a pen to record your answers!
