The Rain Hayne and Shine Farmyard is set in the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.
Specially designed for children, but enjoyed by animal lovers of all ages, the farm features a large variety of friendly farm animals with an emphasis on hands-on activities. There are always plenty of animals to feed, cuddle and pat. Often, there is a baby to be bottle-fed and some visitors can even be fortunate enough to witness a live birth.
Children love having a ride on one of the farm ponies, or Robyn the horse (available only on weekends and school holidays) while the adults can join the children for a free hayride. In addition to farm animals, there are also emus and dingoes.
There are undercover areas, indoor and outdoor picnic areas and gas barbeques (bring your own food), and a small playground. A small selection of snack items is available.
