Opening 26 January 2022 is a state-of-the-art Events Hall managed by Atlantic Group and offering spaces unique to The Goods Shed; the 240-person Lydiard Hall, 308-seat Terminus Theatre and the Carriage Conference Rooms, which can accommodate 40-120 guests. Nolans all-day dining and Boom Time Dumplings will arrive in May 2022. Completing the Dine, Play, Stay experience is the new Quest Ballarat Station, open for bookings now.

Experience the heritage of The Goods Shed through two permanent exhibitions (accessible mid-January):

1) ‘Slow Order’ by artist Robbie Rowlands, who was awarded the Ballarat Railway Station Public Art commission. His work utilises heritage rail track sourced from the site. Located beside the Events Plaza at the Lydiard Street North end of The Goods Shed.

2) A curated tale of the site’s history is told on interpretive signage throughout the grounds, spanning the 19th and 20th centuries through to present day.
