High Tea at Overnewton Castle

Welcome to Overnewton Castle a Scottish baronial style homestead built-in 1849. This heritage listed estate features four acres of manicured gardens, grand dining rooms and a fascinating history which guests can learn about on the optional Grand Tour.

Enjoy a glass of sparkling on arrival, followed by a selection of delicate pastries, freshly baked scones, authentic English tea sandwiches and petite fours in the Grand Ballroom or elegant Sherry Room. Free-flowing Twinning’s Tea and Vittoria Coffee will be also be served to your table.

Built by William Taylor in 1849, this 175 year old heritage-listed property is surrounded by expansive valley views, making this a truly authentic country escape only 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD (Keilor Village).
