One of the word’s great flavour combinations is oysters and martinis!

Join Anther Distillery’s cocktail captain, Seb Reaburn, with special guest, Native Oyster Specialist, James Spencer, in sharing three unique Australian Oysters paired with three cocktail tastes.

James Spencer has a unique business showcasing the flavour, unique growing conditions, and how to taste, talk and all importantly, shuck fresh live oysters!

Each oyster will be introduced and explained by James. Seb will share a little about each cocktail and host a Q&A.

James will also demonstrate how to safely shuck at home, and what is needed.

This is a unique event to Anther, one not to be missed. Numbers are limited.

Ticket price includes:
Each guest will be welcomed with a mini G&T on arrival
Oyster one will be served with Classic Anther Martini
Oyster two with a Citrus Martini featuring their Ms Gina Gin
Oyster three with a Cherry Martini

Guests have the option of upgrading their ticket to include a small cheese platter.
