The lolly cooking class is hands-on. Together, you will make all the lollies from scratch, then wrap and package them to take home to share with me there to help you along the way.

This class is suitable for beginners to advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that making fresh lollies is not as hard as you think. I will teach you techniques that you can use to impress everyone with your new lolly-making skills.

An apron to use during the class is supplied, along with a take-home recipe booklet is included in the class.

This class will take up to six guests, with the price per guest.
