An Introduction to Low n Slow Barbeque Masterclass

Brought to you buy the team at Barbecue Asylum and Presented by Australian 2020 SCA Ancillary Points Champions Shane and Chloe Scott from Barbecue Asylum Competition Barbeque Team.

This Class will cover all the basics to get you cooking Low n Slow Barbeque at home with confidence including but not limited to:

Solid fuel cooking methods in a variety of barbeques such as drum smokers, Pellet Grills, Webers, Offsets Etc. Fuel selection, fire and temperature management.

Trimming of meats including brisket, lamb shoulder, and pork ribs.

Immersive cooking demonstrations including brisket, lamb shoulder, pork ribs, reverse-seared tomahawk steak, chicken wings, jalapeno poppers and hot links.

This will be a day full of cooking demonstrations and grazing on the barbeque that has been cooked.
