Balgownie Estate have partnered with Unearthed Co Mushrooms and have curated a five-course dining experience. Expect each course to feature a different variety of fungi, including well-known and unique types from Shiitake, Blue Oysters, Black Pearl and Maitake to butter poached Lion’s Mane, the evening will be a perfect way to celebrate the start of Autumn.

Each course has been matched by Head Winemaker Tony Winspear with a premium Balgownie Estate Pinot Noir. During the evening hear from their guest speakers, Head Winemaker Tony Winspear, and John Ford, Founder and Chief Grower of Unearthed Co Mushrooms.
