Mountain Distilling is a unique distillery located in Victoria’s Macedon region. Producing modern Australian spirits on-site using their own copper pot stills, Mountain Distilling hold spirit tastings at their tasting room located in New Gisborne.

Mountain is about innovation at its core. Every product and every process is about an exploration to create something truly breathtaking, elevated one-of-a-kind spirits.

They begin from a blank canvas to see where the journey takes them. Often left of center and brimming with adventure, the resulting spirits they make are full flavoured and unique.
