Sidney Laine is tucked away in a quiet, elevated position one street back from the main cafe shopping strip. Soaring ceilings and lots of natural light welcome you into the spacious ground-floor living area. The house is linked by two outdoor spaces, one from the gated secure driveway to the front door, the other a cool shady alfresco setting that seats up to eight for a relaxed evening barbeque or pizza making in the stainless steel gas pizza oven. The home itself sleeps six comfortably with a downstairs Queen bedroom and the third bedroom that offers two single beds.

The master bedroom is on the mezzanine level accessed via a beautifully designed spiral staircase. It has a private area with a Queen bed and ensuite. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, inverter microwave, dishwasher, pantry, oven, and nespresso coffee machine. There is a large Samsung smart TV , Stereo sound dock and Wifi with unlimited data plus a selection of games and DVDs.

The Potbelly fireplace warms the house in winter while the summer cross breezes efficiently cool in the hotter months. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a reverse-cycle air conditioner in the main living area. Full laundry facilities are at hand with a washer and dryer or clothesline out back for wet bathers and beach towels.
