Little River Farm Cottages provides four spacious self-contained cottages surrounded by Karri forest and waterways. It’s perfect for families, groups and friends.

Located amongst Western Australia’s best beaches, vineyards and restaurants, it is just a seven-minute drive from Denmark town.

Explore the farm and forest or relax by your private wood fire. You can also feed the alpacas and free-range sheep.

You can use the farm as your base for exploring the region, or somewhere to just stay and enjoy the unique nature of the Great Southern Western Australia.

Cottages

All cottages are fully self-contained. Each cottage has a kitchen for self-catering including a fridge, freezer, microwave, gas stove and oven, toaster and kettle.

All cutlery and crockery are provided including wine and champagne glasses and serving platters. Kids plates, cups and cutlery are also provided.

Professionally laundered linen and fluffy white towels are provided.

Farmstay

The cottages are located on Little River Farm. Sheep range freely across the farm. All guests staying at the cottages can explore the forest and the farm on their doorstep.

Each cottage is surrounded by a beautiful tall Karri forest and waterways. There is an abundance of birds and nature to observe.

Guests are also provided with animal food to feed the alpacas and sheep at their leisure.
