The beautiful land is mostly all parkland cleared, with excellent camping areas on river flats. 4×4 or AWD vehicles are required for a 150m section of access track due to sand. 115kms to Perth CBD, one hour to Joondalup, or 15 minutes to Ledge Point beaches.
Close to local attractions like the discovery centre and mini golf.
