Calmya Farm is an undulating 160-acre cattle property in the heart of Manjimup. Purchased in early 2022, the owners are in the process of reviving this old gem back to its former glory.

There is currently an old original 1940s homestead as well as the remnants of a dairy. History is everywhere. There are spectacular 360-degree views from the top of the hill as well as dams and open woodland to explore. Calmya Farm is just a stone’s throw from all the attractions the region has to offer.

There is a flushable toilet outhouse located at the back of the old homestead if you’re up for a walk otherwise please bring your own toilet. The flushable toilet is not a dump point, and the septic capacity is limited. Campfires are permitted during the open season.

This is a working farm so although pets are welcome they must be supervised and not be allowed near any livestock.
