Treat yourself to a relaxing break at the only cottage vineyard accommodation in the Swan Valley. There is just one Upper Reach Cottage so you’ll be the only guests on your very own 20-acre vineyard.

The self-contained 1907 cottage has been completely refurbished to include everything you need when staying in your home away from home.

Your Swan Valley experience will be different depending on the season – it’s a rural escape. During the day you’ll get a feel for vineyard life as you see the locals going about the day-to-day work on the vineyard.

Explore the valley, visit a few cellar doors, enjoy a leisurely lunch, then retreat back to the fully air-conditioned cottage. Settle down for the afternoon on the deck with a glass of wine, some cheese and watch the sun setting over the vines, then light the fire or start the barbecue. Or take a stroll through the estate to the banks of the Swan River.

Best of all, a fabulous wine tasting at their cellar door is only a minute’s stroll away, as is a lazy lunch at the Upper Reach Restaurant and delicious pizza from the Treehouse Pizza Bar on weekends.
