The menu is curated with local produce featuring a selection of premium offerings cooked on the kitchen’s custom-built Parilla Woodfired grill.

TOMA’s signature dish is “The TOMAhawk” – among other delightful prime cuts from local butcheries and farmers. Whether local Western Australian seafood or meats aged in the brewery’s meat locker – there’s always plenty for the non-meat diners too.

An impressive wine program boasts 120 plus wines sourced from more than ten countries and a carefully curated cocktail list offering a bold, considered twist on iconic signature drinks.
