The Old Synagogue was built in 1902 making it Western Australia’s first synagogue. Today, The Old Synagogue is home to four unique hospitality venues on a state heritage listed site.
One of those venues is Tonic + Ginger – they do south east Asian fusion in a larger than life way!
Seating 150 people over two levels, take a culinary journey sampling hot, sour, salty and sweet plates from renowned head chef, Leigh Power.
