The Albany Regional Airport is the gateway for air travel to the South West of the Western Australia, and effectively serves the needs of the business community, local residents, tourists and a vibrant general aviation sector.
The Airport handles some 60,000 regular public transport (RPT) passengers and 1,000 RPT aircraft movements each year. Since July 2012 Albany Airport has operated as a security controlled airport.
