The R G Menzies Walk was named in acknowledgement of Sir Robert Menzies’ crucial contribution to the final development of Australia’s national capital, Canberra. The two kilometre walk stretches from Commonwealth Avenue Bridge to Kings Avenue along the northern shore of picturesque Lake Burley Griffin.
