See the tallest open air statues of Buddha in Australia. The first, and still the largest, Buddhist temple in Canberra, was established in 1983.

The temple facilitates community services, charitable/relief activities, education, monastic training and personal/family counselling. They offer youth/women/aged groups activities, chaplaincy services, meditation groups, public library and free books on Buddhism.

Their budget accommodation has a vegetarian kitchen for group catering.
