BlocHaus Bouldering Canberra – Mitchell

Sports and Recreation Facilities

What is bouldering? Think rock climbing, but with shorter walls and padded mats, so no need for ropes, partners, or other gear.

Their newest and Bouldest Haus has arrived in Mitchell – you’ll find 500m2 of climbing wall, an adjustable 12×12 kilter board, 40-degree spray wall and campus boards for all your climbing needs . A spacious training area with a weights area, bars and blocks to stretch out and work out and a dedicated parkour park to hop, leap and lache your way through!

You can expect all your usual Haus comforts too — plenty of breakout and lounge spaces, padded slack line, table tennis arena, showers and change rooms!

It’s a fun, challenging and rewarding activity that builds mental and physical strength. Bouldering is for everybody regardless of your background or experience!

The gym hosts a wide range of classes as well as monthly social nights — everything you need to get your body moving and social senses buzzing.

Kids 12 years and older are welcome to climb at Mitchell anytime, subject to their supervision ratios. For Kids younger than 12, please check out their Fyshwick Haus!
