Yarrawood

Yarrawood is a renovated home which has been styled and created with love.

With four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open planned kitchen, living and dining area you will certainly feel home away from home.

The main bedroom is home to a queen-sized bed and ensuite with a free-standing soaker tub and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom two and three are also home to queen sized beds. In the 4th bedroom you will find a double sofa bed, great for the kids!

Yarrawood has all life’s necessities, including, free unlimited WIFI, reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (Coffee plunger), outdoor seating area and even a large fully fenced yard for those furry friends.

Yarrawood is all on one level (Please note that the entrance does have a few steps. There is plenty of off street parking (Please note that the garage is locked) and the yard is big enough to throw a football around or just hang out with the kids on a warm Summer night.

Just a five minute stroll to town or a short trip in the car to the beach Yarrawood is located perfectly in a quiet residential area.
