Nautilus Apartments Merimbula is situated in the first street on Fishpen. The ocean beach is at the top of the street, 250 metres away, the lake is at the bottom of the street and it is a short level stroll to town along the fully paved footpath.
The complex consists of eight units with the six ground floor units opening onto the large lawn area. There are three standard two bedroom units, all located on the ground floor with parking at the back door. Standard units have queen size beds plus two single beds, one bathroom with a shower over a small spa, meals bar, outside table and chairs under a veranda. Fully self-contained, full size fridge.
