Eden Bayview House

Eden Bayview House is in the perfect position for a family to enjoy all that is great about Eden. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac. The path to the left of the house will see you at Cattle Bay (where locals swim in Summer), the path to the right sees you swimming at Cocora Beach which has the newest park in the area and great barbecue facilities.

Their house boasts gorgeous views overlooking the bay and their famous Eden Wharf, you can take in these breathtaking views from the large balcony or when the weather is a little cooler you can still enjoy the views from the large sunroom that joins the living area to the balcony.

With a fully equipped kitchen, full-sized fridge/freezer, barbecue, lock up garage and great boat parking, you can enjoy their home with the same comforts of your own home.
Their four-bedroom home has three Queen beds (the main with an en suite) and the fourth bedroom has one single bed with a pull-out trundle.

There is ample boat and off-street car parking.
