Rolling Waves 1 comprises three-bedrooms and sleeps, six guests. Downstairs has two large bedrooms with a bathroom, including a bath and full laundry. Upstairs has a large open plan living with polished timber flooring, dining area and full kitchen with stone benchtops and dishwasher all opening out to a huge entertaining deck with sun lounges and outdoor dining setting, perfect for relaxing and family barbeques. Also upstairs there is a third bedroom and bathroom. Reverse cycle air conditioning, free WIFI and television, DVD and CD player. Rolling Waves 1 is a dog-friendly house (no cats).

A maximum of two small dogs is permitted. They must be house trained, clean and well behaved. The townhouse has a fenced courtyard area connected to the laundry on the ground floor and a fully enclosed balcony to the first floor.
