Take a step back in time with this traditional four-bedroom family home. Osborne House was built with love. The house has all of its original features, with fantastic views of the Merimbula Lake and is right in town. The property boasts great off-street car and boat parking.

You walk into the house from the porch straight into an open-plan dining, kitchen and living room (quite rare and forward-thinking for its time). There are two main bedrooms (one with an en suite) with queen beds, a laundry, and a bathroom. An add-on sees you walk down a hall where there are two further bedrooms. The third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds and a set of bunks.

The only update to the kitchen in recent years has been a new dishwasher. There is ample space for the whole family.

Out the back, you will find a vast grassed area with a wood barbecue.
