Blackbutt Deluxe Family Loft Villa accommodates up to eight guests with ease. This property has a master bedroom with queen bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the loft area has an additional two single beds (or this can be used as an additional lounge room area). The ground floor rumpus room includes another two single beds.
Ducted air-conditioning throughout and a lounge/dining room with polished timber floors makes for easy comfortable living. There is a flat screen LCD television with Foxtel, DVD and CD players, and a second and third television in loft and rumpus room.
A veranda and private courtyard, filtered lake views and garage with additional off street parking completes the package!
