The main part of the house has a roomy, open plan living and kitchen area with double sliding doors onto an undercover balcony overlooking the jetty to 180 degree lake views. This level has two bedrooms, the main with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. There is a shower with vanity area and a separate toilet.

The living areas is tastefully decorated with club sofas, a seven piece dining suite, sound system and a large flat screen TV with Foxtel. Free broadband WiFi is also included as is a phone landline with all local and overseas calls at no additional cost. There are ceiling fans in all rooms as well as reverse cycle air conditioning. This level also has a laundry with a washing machine.
