A drive through the valley is well worthwhile as the landscapes are beautiful and absolutely unique. The Retreat is situated in a serene, peaceful, healing and tranquil setting, ensuring a real break from everyday life. We offer a indoor accommodation including a self-contained cabin, a studio and a van, all of which are located in the Aussie bush 2.5 hours from Sydney, just across the Blue Mountains. Located in the beautiful Capertee Valley, the widest enclosed canyon in the world. Absolutely secluded and peaceful. Enjoy the spectacular views. The valley is known for its bush trails for walking or running and the cabin backs on to the ‘Gardens of Stone’ National Park. The ‘local’ pub does great lunches and dinners, including their famous pizzas. See kangaroos, wombats, eagles and other Australian wildlife at your door! We have a no pets policy to ensure the safety and comfort of the wildlife.
