Paterson House is a fully self-contained 80 year old Californian bungalow and is ideal for families and groups visiting Taree and the Manning Valley.
Beautifully renovated, the property sleeps eight people comfortably and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Taree. Family and pet friendly with a large and safe enclosed rear yard. The garage is lockable and the driveway allows room for vehicles and trailer.
There are two living areas plus three separate bedrooms and full kitchen facilities along with a laundry. The living area is air-conditioned and ceiling fans are in all bedrooms. The rear deck is undercover with a gas barbecue and all linen is provided.
Paterson House is in easy walking distance of the town centre, cafes, entertainment facilities and the Manning River.
