The stretch along the river’s edge makes for the perfect early morning stroll, and the calm waters are ideal for swimming or paddling a kayak. There are excellent cafes and restaurants nearby as well; the award-winning Pelican Rocks Cafe is known as one of the best seafood restaurants in NSW and is less than a 15-minute walk away.
