Sheba Dams

Sheba Dams is located 11 kilometres east of Nundle, past the picturesque village of Hanging Rock.
The campground at Sheba Dams is widely dispersed through natural bush with unreserved and unpowered sites. There are also some more secluded campsites located up a small track (follow the dam around to the right and then up the hill). These campsites have their own fireplaces and are on the hill overlooking the dam.
Sheba Dams is a great spot for fishing for rainbow trout, kayaking/canoeing, swimming, bushwalking and a great spot for a picnic and includes a beautiful timber Jetty a great spot for kids to jump from into the dam.
Please not power boats are not permitted at the dam.

Camping is available on the reserve, which is about 11km east of Nundle, past the village of Hanging Rock. Facilities include a timber jetty, pit toilets, barbecue/fireplaces and picnic tables. There is a walking track which winds its way around part of the larger dam.
