Online bookings are available via the website for the Gourmet Oyster School, Private Tide-to-Table Experience and the amazing Kayak and Shuck on Pambula Lake.

They can accommodate 2 – 40 guests at the farm.

Not a fan of oysters? No problem! The team can cater for dietary requests within your group by substituting oysters for other local delicacies including a cheese-tasting platter.

Visit this award-winning Sydney Rock Oyster farm on the shoreline of Pambula Lake for some shucking good fun.

There’s so much to learn about our Sydney Rock Oysters. During this tide-to-table experience, you learn all about the journey of farming native Sydney Rock Oysters.

Why are they so precious? How do they grow? Can I eat oysters all year round? How do the flavours change with the seasons? We will show you our best tips for handling, storing, opening (shucking) and tasting Sydney Rock Oysters.

Make the most of this culinary adventure and pre-book taste plates of oysters and delicious produce from the Sapphire Coast region. Settle in at our outdoor picnic area with uninterrupted views over Pambula Lake and the calls of Bell Birds in the surrounding parkland.
