The Sapphire Coast Turf Club is a modern racecourse situated on a beautiful 300-acre site on Sapphire Coast Drive at Kalaru, between Merimbula and Bega. It is one of the newest country racecourses in New South Wales, offering excellent facilities for spectators.

The course hosts twelve race meetings during the season, attracting jockeys and trainers from southeastern New South Wales and East Gippsland. The venue includes a Function Centre that is ideal for weddings and other events.

Visitors and members can enjoy a range of services, including TAB, local and interstate bookmakers, food and beverage services, free buses to and from major local centers, and picnic and family-friendly areas.

The course offers unobstructed views of the racing action from most parts of the course, including the Members, Reserve and Function Centre, and from the large, banked lawn areas. The newly-built facilities provide a great experience for race day functions, making it a popular destination for weddings and other events.

The Sapphire Coast Turf Club is a great destination for racing enthusiasts and those looking for a fun day out. With plenty of services on offer, there are plenty of good reasons to visit the course and enjoy all that it has to offer.
