Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures operates on 3,000 acres of unspoilt wilderness just 20 minutes from Gosford or one hour from Sydney or Newcastle.

Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy, no experience is necessary and absolutely anyone can do it. With breath-taking views over the valley, the experienced staff at Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures offer a series of easily achievable progressive stages, enabling you to develop confidence and technique as you advance.

Glenworth Valley caters to family groups and has 150 acres of river front camping, barbecue and picnic areas plus a kiosk where you can relax after a fun day outdoors.

Abseiling Adventure

Develop your confidence through a series of easy progress stages. By the end of the session you will be able to experience lengthy rock face descents, open air declines, and if you are up for a real challenge, face forward rundowns! Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy. No experience is necessary and anyone can do it.

Glenworth Valley offer a variety of packages, allowing you to combine any of the activities available on-site.

Combine abseiling with either quad biking, kayaking or horse riding. You can either do one activity in the morning and one in the afternoon, or do one activity on consecutive days.
